Positive shoutouts. After a completed match or training session, eligible players, guardians and coaches can choose to recognise a teammate in the available categories. Taking part is optional.
Points for every contribution. Each valid nomination adds recognition points, even when someone else earns a badge. Head Coach and Coach nominations normally carry 2 points; Player and Guardian nominations normally carry 1. Club rules can change these weights for future activities.
Badges and progress. Earned badges celebrate approved achievements. Points reflect recognition, not football ability or a ranking against other children. Totals and points per activity help give participation context.
Verified personal bests. A coach verifies a measured improvement. Personal bests are separate from popularity or nominations.
Your development story. Private reports bring recognition together with verified evidence and coach observations. Missing assessment evidence is identified. Previous seasons remain part of the authorised player history.
Family-controlled sharing. Development is private by default. Only explicitly shared season summaries appear publicly. Voter identities and individual ballots are never shown here.
